Calais is a Senior Program Manager in MEDA’s Cross-Cutting Services Department, focusing on gender and environment. Her current work focuses on contributing to MEDA’s thought leadership and implementation of gender and environment mainstreaming across international programs. Prior to joining MEDA, Calais was a gender and environment specialist with an international co-operative development foundation, and a researcher and policy analyst for development programming in Canada and the Americas.
