Introduced to Mesoamerican Anthropology and Archaeology in the sixth grade, Teri’s lifelong passion for Latin America has inspired 35 years of travel throughout the region. The last few years include organizing and/or participating on numerous political and social justice delegations to Latin America.  Prior to beginning her position as Latin America Campaign Coordinator for CODEPINK in June 2019, she spent the early part of 2019 leading an Anti-Sanctions Campaign delegation to Venezuela and remained in Venezuela for three months.  Teri is also the founder and program manager for The Intrepid News Fund.

Teri Mattson Initiée à l’anthropologie et à l’archéologie méso-américaines en sixième année, Teri se découvre une passion pour l’Amérique latine, qui l’a inspiré 35 ans de voyages dans la région. Au cours des dernières années, elle a organisé et/ou participé à de nombreuses délégations politiques et de justice sociale en Amérique latine.  Avant de prendre ses fonctions de coordinatrice pour la campagne d’Amérique latine au sein de CODEPINK en juin 2019, elle a passé la première partie de l’année 2019 à mener une délégation de la campagne anti-sanctions au Venezuela, ou elle y est restée trois mois.  Teri est également fondatrice et gestionnaire de programme de l’Intrepid News Fund.
