Canadian institutions – CSOs, Universities, Think Tanks, Government bodies, Ministries – worked together with a shared purpose which is inspired by Canada’s leadership of values, ideas, and relationships. This leadership includes and values diverse voices and partners from around the world. Panellists from India, Philippines and Canada will share their insights coming from their engagement in participatory research, and knowledge partnerships along with initiatives to amplify indigenous voices. By engaging critically with the political and socio-economic factors that shape the Canadian context for collaboration, this panel aims to create a dialogue around the challenges and opportunities – both domestically and internationally – to enhance the next generation of decolonized knowledge partnerships which connect values, innovations & relationships of trust.
