Laura Oris-Naidenova is a first-year student at the University of Ottawa, studying in their integrated Commerce and Juris doctor program. In the past, she has served as a student trustee for the Peel District School Board, representing the voice of over 150 000 students while making important decisions regarding students’ education. Being a strong advocate for mental well-being, she also served as the Ontario Student Trustees Association Student Well-Being Working Group Co-Chair. In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in commerce.
