Misha Baudisch-McCabe is a development professional with experience in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. In her current role at the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences, Misha is the Manager of Gender Equality, Inclusion, and Diversity. She works with teams to promote gender equality across the organization and address the gender gap in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). She has a strong passion for addressing both gender and education challenges, especially in marginalized and conflict-affected communities. Misha holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Global Development and Gender Studies, along with a Post-Graduate Certificate in International Development Project Management.
