Lauren Ravon is the Director of Policy and Campaigns at Oxfam Canada. She leads a team of campaigners and policy experts working to advance Oxfam’s influencing agenda on a range of women’s rights issues, including economic justice, sexual and reproductive health and rights, migration, and feminist approaches to aid and foreign policy. Prior to joining Oxfam, Lauren was the Program Manager for Latin America at the International Center for Human Rights and Democratic Development (Rights & Democracy) from 2006 to 2011. She has also worked on programs to tackle gender-based violence and promote women’s reproductive rights with Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) in Sub-Saharan Africa and the International Rescue Committee in East Timor.

Elle a également travaillé sur des programmes de lutte contre la violence sexiste et de promotion des droits reproductifs des femmes avec la Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) en Afrique subsaharienne et l’International Rescue Committee au Timor oriental.
