Feleke Tadele, PhD, is currently serving as the Director for Global Program Effectiveness and Resources Management at Children Believe. He is a seasoned international development professional with over twenty years of senior management and leadership experiences as a Country Director / Regional Program Manager/ Country Program Advisor for leading international Non-for-Profit Organizations including CARE, HelpAge International, Oxfam, and Save the Children. Feleke was engaged in various innovative international development initiatives and served as a visiting research fellow at Oxford University, University of South Africa and Bath University, U.K. He published two books and over two dozen technical papers and articles.
