This session will look at internal equity programs in the development sector – how do we walk the talk in our own organizations? The format of the session will comprise two parts:

1. Fireside chat: Four experts with diverse experience with internal gender equality programs will share their knowledge with a focus on sector standards and best practices.
2. Hands-on discussion and workshop: Participants will be separated into three workstations. Each workstation will have a facilitator who will present a gender audit tool and participants will use this tool to reflect on their own organization’s approach to gender equality, identify gaps and come up with key recommendations for next steps.
