Rosa van den Beemt is a Senior Manager of ESG and a corporate engagement practitioner with over six years of experience in the responsible investment industry. At NEI Investments, Rosa drives ongoing corporate dialogue with global issuers on ESG risks and opportunities ranging from cybersecurity and board diversity to human rights issues, access to medicine and the opioid crisis. She has authored thought leadership pieces on emerging ESG topics, such as All Aboard: Increasing Corporate Board Diversity (2018). Rosa sits on the Steering Committee of the Investor Alliance for Human Rights (IAHR), chairs the Investors for Opioid Accountability (IOA) international committee, and serves on the Interfaith Center for Corporate Responsibility (ICCR) Health Leadership Team assisting with strategy-setting of collaborative investor engagement of the pharmaceutical industry. She is fluent in English and Dutch and holds an MSc. in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
