Kate Butler, Ph.D., is the Child Rights & Protection Advisor at Save the Children Canada. She is passionate about children’s rights here in Canada and around the world. Kate has 13 years of experience as a researcher, human rights advocate, and educator. At Save the Children Canada, Kate is responsible for building capacity, developing material, and measuring & sharing what works as it relates to child rights, participation, and protection. She was previously the Lead, Human Rights and Learning at Maytree.
